In Restaurant Au Jardin, we believed in Reducing Carbon Footstep and Sustainable Sourcing for kitchen ingredients. We feel, as a Penangite, we are held responsible of our own food scene. In order to alleviate the current culinary scene in Penang, first, we have to educate, promote and protect the local farmers / producer. We are relentlessly trying our best to work hand in hand with the local / urban farmers and suppliers to provide you the Au Jardin Dining Experience. Our menu comprises of what is available freshest during the season and in the market. For those wanting to sample the essence of my culinary style, our Menu Dégustation is a must.

As we only use the freshest seasonal ingredients, menus are subject to change. For the latest daily menu, please contact our restaurant and our front of house staff will be delighted to provide you an insight. Restaurant Au Jardin can usually cater for most health or allergy related dietary requirement with advance notice. Please note any dietary requests when making the reservation, so advance notice can be given to the kitchen.
